Dear John,
Congratulations on your recent appointment at Cerritos College. I
know first-hand that it is a well-deserved appointment.
I am so appreciative of your fine work at Campbell Hall, and with
me in particular. It is truly a pleasure to have your personal
attention and concern for our community life at Campbell Hall.
With great fondness and respect,

Dear Principal:
We are two of the many visiting parents who support their
daughters during athletic competition. She has represented a high
school in volleyball and basketball at the varsity level during
her four years and has always competed in the same league as your
school. My daughter will graduate in June. They have always been
competitive and as parents, my wife and I have always enjoyed the
games. We are fortunate to have been able to attend all the games
our daughter has played at your school and we would like you to be
aware of the first person at your school that we, as visitors,
come in contact with. It is the female security guard whose name I
do not know. For the past four years she has welcomed us with a
beaming smile – as though God’s love flows through her. She has
always taken the time to extend to us a welcome and is the perfect
ambassador for your school and should be congratulated. Last
night, my daughter played her last game for her high school at
your school, and as your coach thanked everyone from the parents,
players, and coaches, he did not mention this beacon of brightness
who secures their safety. We spoke to her personally last night
and thanked her but the purpose of this letter is to formally
acknowledge her, hence this letter to you.
Thank you for the opportunity to write this tribute to a wonderful
person who touched us with her warmth, enthusiasm, and love.
May God bless you always, may your school continue to prosper.
Sincerely,
Parents of a student who attends a high school located near BC –

To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter to notify you of one of your employees. Security
Officer Cornell Garner has got to be one of the nicest and
professional gentlemen I have met in quite a long time.
On Friday, February 13, 2004, I approached the guard gate and my
car completely died. Security Officer Garner immediately put my
mind at ease and offered his help. Just his simple smile made me
feel that everything was going to be all right. I continued with
my meeting knowing that the security officer was looking out for
me. The day ended a success, and your security officer contributed
to that success.
It’s not too often you come in to contact with a stranger who is
so kind. That is why I felt the need to let you know what an
amazing employee you have. I hope you know and realize what an
asset he is to your organization.
When you get a chance, will you please pass on my thanks to him
once again?

Dear Mr. Nagy,
The time of Christmas is drawing near; time to reflect and time to
thank.
I find that the Nagy personnel in our school are outstanding. Our
Field Manager is outstanding in his supervision, the Post
Commander anticipates events needing extra or little security, the
security officers are punctual, alert, and eager to learn. These
men are outstanding in their attire and appearance, in their
physical well-being, in their observations, and in their dealings
with others. I do believe, with these men, you have struck gold
and I hope this gold vein is never exhausted!
Of course, I believe that the work of these men reflects you and
your standards and the work and standards of the Director of
Operations.
Thank you for the example and the service you have provided to
make our school security work for us.
Sincerely,
Sister Helen F. Dziuk, O.S.B.

“When I started at Campbell Hall in 1971 the world was a different
place and there was no need for a security presence on campus. In
my thirty-two years as Headmaster of Campbell Hall many things
changed but perhaps the issue in the last ten years that caused
the most sleepless nights was the security of the campus, the
safety of its people, and the need for preparation for the
unanticipated crisis. I found great comfort working with Nagy
Protection Services, Inc. For over ten years, I worked with John
Nagy, the President, of Nagy Protection Services, Inc. to develop
a security and emergency management program for the school. I
recommend John Nagy and his company whole heartedly. The sleepless
nights didn’t disappear completely, but I had an ally and
thoughtful professional counsel when needed.”

As always, I’m very pleased with the services of your company.
With Nagy Protection Services on board, I’m worry-free. I’m very
appreciative of the services of Security Officer Hatten during the
week of August 18. She was a great substitute! Thanks for all that
you do in the care and protection of the school.

As Director of
Operations and Development, it is vital that I stay in touch with
all security-related issues on campus and that I am able to convey
to employees, families, and students that our school remains a
safe place for everyone. Working with Nagy Protection Services
affords my administrative colleagues and me the peace of mind that
we are in the best of hands.
Over the years we have worked together to develop and implement
policies and procedures that make for a very smooth operation. Our
partnership with Nagy Protection Services is one that we truly
value. The security personnel that guard our campus have become
part of our extended family. They are courteous and knowledgeable
and are always helpful, whether performing routine duties or
responding to any particular incident. And the administrative
staff members are seasoned professionals that deliver impeccable
support and guidance.
We live in troubled times and just knowing that we have these men
and women on out team reassures us. I heartily endorse Nagy
Protection Services and congratulate John Nagy on creating the
“gold standard” in school campus protection.
